At the swimming gala, both my granddaughters, Calleigh and little Ciena, swam their hearts out. Calleigh was sad when she didn’t get a medal… but then I overheard something that melted me completely.
Ciena, the youngest, quietly told her sister: “You can have my medal.”

A tiny moment, but such a huge reminder that love, kindness, and generosity often come from the smallest voices. 🥹✨

Back in the 1970s, everywhere had a "local SPAR" in the UK. They vanished at some point. Surprised to see their logo on the pennants 😱
