My choice is Dennis the Menace , the movie was released in 1993.
Five-year-old blond boy Dennis Mitchell (Mason Gamble) is a constant source of pranks in his neighborhood, especially for his retired neighbor, Uncle George Wilson (Walter Matthau).
Despite his noble intentions, everything he does always backfires. 😂🤣
I recommend this family movie to everyone, lots of fun, and laughter, you never get tired of it, I watch it again every year, it usually airs on TV at Christmas.

Dennis the Menace is such a classic! 😂🤣 It's impossible not to laugh at Dennis' mischievous antics, especially with Walter Matthau's amazing portrayal of the grumpy yet lovable Uncle George.
