When you take the train to work every day, you end up seeing pieces of other people’s lives through that window. You watch them day after day, twice a day, on your way there and on your way back.
Here we have a stunning Emily Blunt, who shines in the role of a woman who takes the train every day to get to work. From the window, she becomes obsessed with a seemingly perfect couple living near the tracks, using their imagined happiness to escape from her own life falling apart.
The film uses the train as a key setting, a small, steady space that reflects the protagonist’s trapped mindset and her voyeuristic obsession. Emily Blunt delivers a strong performance in this psychological thriller. An absolute must watch!

It's a disaster thriller movie set on a train. It's a story of the train passengers that got exposed to a deadly disease by an infected passenger. When the government knew about it, everyone on board was quarantined and it was also rerouted to pass the unsafe Cassandra Crossing bridge. As the passengers learned the truth, they struggled to save themselves. Some tried to stop the train before it reached the bridge but many died when part of the train got over the collapsing bridge.

Almost all the scene shot inside the train. The movie was full of fun and action. Chennai is a state in India and here Chennai Express is a train and railway station where the story begin. This movie is a mystery thriller based on a famous detective story. The whole story takes place on a train journey where a murder happens, and the famous detective Hercule Poirot tries to find the truth.
I really liked how the movie keeps the suspense alive until the end. Every character has a different story, and it makes you curious to know what really happened. The beautiful train setting and the unexpected twists make it an interesting watch.

For this month's transport-themed movie event, I chose Flight of the Phoenix.
This survival adventure movie follows a group of people whose cargo plane crashes in the middle of a vast desert. With little hope of rescue and limited supplies, the survivors must work together to find a way out before it's too late.
What I liked most about this movie is how it shows teamwork, determination, and the struggle to survive under extreme conditions. The desert setting creates constant tension, and every decision the group makes feels important.
Although most of the story happens after the crash, everything revolves around the aircraft and the survivors' efforts to rebuild a way to escape. The movie keeps you interested with its suspense, challenges, and strong survival theme.
If you enjoy survival stories, adventure, and movies about overcoming impossible odds, Flight of the Phoenix is definitely worth watching.
