How to get chocolate chips dispersed in cake?
King Arthurs olive oil cake has become my favorite quick recipe as of late. I really want chocolate chips dispersed throughout the cake but they keep sinking to the bottom. This time I tried mini chips and coated them in flour before adding but it didn't change anything (the chips on top were added when it was almost done baking). Any suggestions?
