Tips for packing 10L MSR dromedary bag into backpack?
Hey there! I’m planning a backpacking trip out in Joshua Tree sometime this year, and my biggest concern is *water*. From what I’ve read, it sounds like a lot of people bring 10L MSR Dromedary bags on these kinds of trips.
I’m trying to figure out the best way to actually pack and carry that much water efficiently. Ten liters is obviously a lot, so I’d love any tips on how to fit MSR Dromedary bags into a backpack without throwing off balance etc. Do people usually pack them inside the main compartment? Or do they strap them externally? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
