Was it really an earthquake or some other phenomenon?
No, i think it's not the earthquake because every time earthquake came i feel a real shake and i come outside from the room and I notice on phone that earthquake came with intensity.

Stopping of clocks indicate obviously a glitch in the clocks as i think time never stops as it runs and we've to work with it but if you really noticed a stopping in clock then obviously it's a glitch.

It is seriously unbelievable that a city map change as it's like a perception or something like I'm visiting in sci-fi movie where city map change with a kind of magic.

No i think i couldn't noticed anything like that because if Time stopped on my clock i was like maybe it needs new cell but i think i can't noticed it.
