How to adjust Somfy Blind Limits?
I have a condo unit in a building that came with home automation, including blinds and lights. The blinds themselves are Somfy with everything controlled by Savant. Today one of the blinds got caught and now the limits are off. The down setting is about a foot off the floor and If I go all the way up it wraps around the spindle.
The issue is that it's all Savant and a closed system, I don't have a Somfy remote and can't find anything about this model on the internet. The building was finished in late 2018, I noticed that the motor itself has up, stop, and down buttons. Can I use these to modify the limits? When I press them nothing happens. I've also tried holding up and down like you can do with the remote, doesn't seem to work.
Does anybody have an idea what model these are and have a manual?
