📖 Proverb: Small-minded people cannot understand big ideas
In my life, I have often come across people who see things only from their limited point of view.
I have also experienced that when you share a positive or big idea, small-minded people don’t try to understand it and instead criticize it.
This has made me realize that every person has a different level of thinking.
I always try to keep my thinking positive and open-minded so that I don’t judge others easily.
This proverb reminds me that only those who think broadly can truly understand meaningful ideas.

When I think about the proverb "Khali bartan zyada awaaz karta hai"—or "Empty vessels make the most noise"—it really strikes a chord with the way I’ve chosen to live my life over the last few years. To me, it’s a reminder that a life filled with "noise" isn't always a life filled with meaning.
Back when I was still teaching, my life felt incredibly loud. It was a constant cycle of meeting schedules, managing a classroom, and dealing with the clatter of a high-pressure environment. It was exhausting because I was giving so much of myself away to a system that felt hollow at times. When I decided to resign in 2017, it was my way of stepping away from that "empty" noise. I wanted to stop just making sound and start building substance.
Now, I look at being a "full vessel" as a daily practice. It’s found in the quiet moments—like my morning walks where I can just be grounded in nature, or the focus I put into a pencil sketch when I need to clear my head. These aren't loud activities, but they are deep. They fill me up. Even the way I handle my health, focusing on what I eat and how I fast, is about quality over quantity. I’m no longer interested in the "noise" of processed habits; I want the substance of a healthy, intentional life.
I also see this proverb playing out in my relationships. With my partner away on missions, I’ve had to learn how to be a "full vessel" on my own—staying steady and heavy with resilience rather than rattling with anxiety or complaint. I don't feel the need to shout about my achievements or my Master's degree to feel validated anymore. I know what’s inside my vessel. Whether I’m managing the grain business or guiding my three children, I’ve realized that the most impactful work is usually the quietest.
Living by the idea that "Khali bartan zyada awaaz karta hai" ("Empty vessels make the most noise") has taught me that silence and stability are signs of strength. By removing the unnecessary noise—the traffic, the rush, the people who don't value time—I’ve made room for a life that is heavy with purpose. I’d much rather be the quiet, full pot that provides for my family than the empty one making a racket just to be noticed.

This is a very thoughtful reflection. You’ve beautifully explained how you moved from a “noisy” life to a more meaningful and intentional one. The way you connect the proverb to your personal growth, health, relationships, and inner strength really shows maturity and clarity. Living with purpose in silence rather than seeking attention is a powerful message.

I am picking proverb no. 1.
The wise people always spend wisely and keep some savings for bad times. My uncle merry his daughter two years back and all of us told him that spend what you have only but in ego of tribal, he took loan from grain market and did marriage with some luxury.
Then next two years he paid the loans and regret on his foolish decision of taking the loan. He still have some portion of loan on his head.
That's why I believe in , Jitni chadar ho, utne hi paon phelao.

Your example clearly shows the importance of living within your means. “Jitni chadar ho utna hi pair phailana chahiye” is truly a wise proverb, because overspending for show or ego can bring long-term stress and regret. Financial discipline and simple living always lead to more peace and stability in the end.

I choose: “Jitni chadar ho utne hi paon phelao.” (Live within your means)
In my life, this proverb reminds me to stay realistic and avoid unnecessary pressure. There have been times when I wanted things quickly—better gadgets, more comfort—but I realized that rushing beyond my limits only brings stress. By managing my expenses and expectations according to what I actually have, life feels more peaceful and controlled. It also teaches patience, because growth takes time and steady effort. Now, I focus more on gratitude and smart choices instead of comparing myself to others.

Urdu: Jhoot ke paon nahi hotay.
English: A lie has no legs.

This proverb really connects with my life because I’ve seen how lies never last long, no matter how cleverly they are told. Once, someone I trusted lied to avoid getting into trouble, and for a while, it seemed like they got away with it. But slowly, the truth started coming out through small details and contradictions. In the end, the lie caused more damage than the truth ever would have. It not only broke trust but also made relationships awkward and distant. That experience taught me that honesty might be hard in the moment, but it always saves you from bigger problems later.

📖 Proverb: Justice may be delayed, but not denied
In my life, I have seen this proverb come true many times.
Sometimes it feels like we are being treated unfairly and not getting what we deserve, but with time, everything becomes clear.
I have learned that patience is very important because everything has its right time.
There were moments when I felt my hard work was not rewarded, but later I received something even better.
This proverb always gives me hope that justice may come late, but it will never be denied.

8.Urdu: Jisay jahan ka kaam, usay wahi sajta hai.
English: Everyone is suited to their own role.

As a social worker, I see every day that everyone has a place and purpose.
“Everyone is suited to their own role” reminds me to meet people where they are.
I don’t try to change who they are, I help them grow into their strengths.
Each story is different, and that’s what makes the work meaningful. In my role, I guide, support, and uplift, exactly where I’m meant to be.

📖 Proverb: Small-minded people cannot understand big ideas.
In my experience, this proverb is not just about people—it is about different levels of perception and awareness.
I have realized that every idea operates on a certain “level of thinking,” and not every mind is tuned to the same frequency. Some people view life only through immediate benefits, while others think in systems, long-term impact, and unseen possibilities.
Whenever I share a forward-thinking idea, I notice a pattern: some minds respond with curiosity and depth, while others reject it instantly—not because the idea lacks value, but because it goes beyond their current framework of understanding.
This has taught me something important: innovation is often misunderstood before it is accepted. History proves that almost every “big idea” was once labeled unrealistic or impossible by the majority.
That is why I no longer measure ideas by how many people agree with them. I measure them by how deeply they challenge thinking and expand perspective.
This proverb reminds me that real growth begins where common thinking ends—and only those willing to think beyond limits can truly understand meaningful ideas.

📖 Proverb Chosen: 10 – (A snake in the sleeve)
In my life, I trusted someone deeply and considered her a close friend.
I shared my thoughts, feelings, and even my personal matters with her without any hesitation.
But later I realized that she was not what she seemed; she betrayed my trust and turned out to be a snake in the sleeve.
This experience hurt me a lot, but it also taught me a very important lesson about choosing people carefully.
Now I have learned to be more careful and not trust everyone blindly, even if they appear very close.

Chosen Proverb:
“Jhoot ke paon nahi hotay.” (A lie has no legs)

👉👉This proverb feels very real to me because I’ve actually experienced it in a simple but memorable way. Once, I told a lie at home about finishing my work just to avoid getting scolded. At that moment, it seemed like an easy escape. But later, when the truth came out, it wasn’t just about the unfinished work anymore—it became about trust. That hurt more than the scolding ever would have.

👉👉I remember feeling awkward and guilty, realizing that one small lie had created a bigger problem. Since then, I’ve tried to be more honest, even in small things. I’ve learned that truth might be uncomfortable for a moment, but lies make things heavier and more complicated. This proverb reminds me that lies don’t go far—they always fall, and when they do, they take your peace with them.

Making rotti in the tandoor isn’t easy—my hands even got burned, but I kept going.
It reminded me that every skill takes patience and courage.

Answer: In my life,

believe that "It's too late, it's not inside" is very true.
Sometimes we work hard but the results come late, which makes us human.
It happened to me too that I didn't get the results of something, but in the end, Allah changed its fate.
What has taught me to be patient and not lose hope?
This proverb reminds me that justice and hard work always pay off, even if it is late.
