why is the middle done but everything else is underdone?? 😭
i’m so confused. pls help. proofing issue or baking issue or both..? also if it’s baking, how do you get the center done but also keep the outside from burning? we currently do 5 mins at 365 with steam and then 16-20 at 340 until they’re the color we want
