Any gluten free Banana pudding alternatives?

Hi everyone! First time poster so sorry if this is wrong. But I make banana pudding to bring to my family functions but my cousin recently got diagnosed with Celiacs so she can’t have any. I use chessman cookies and those have gluten in them but the company doesn’t make a gluten free alternative. Does anyone know of any similar cookies without gluten? Thanks!
