1️⃣ Was it really an earthquake or some other phenomenon?
It wasn't an earthquake, it was another phenomenon caused by secret government experiments.
2️⃣ What does the stopping of clocks indicate?
A disruption in spacetime caused by a black hole.
3️⃣ How did the city map change—was it reality or perception?
The rupture in spacetime caused a crack in the city map after a wormhole opened in an underground laboratory.
4️⃣ If you were there, would you be able to notice it?
Of course I noticed it. I'm the scientist behind the secret experiments in the lab. I activate it to stop time so I can pick up my daughter from school on time when I'm running late.

That’s quite a creative sci-fi storyline! 😄 You’ve built a full explanation with experiments, spacetime, and wormholes, it reads like a movie plot more than a real-world event. Fun imagination, but in reality there’s no evidence for things like that behind such occurrences.
