Let's start with the watchers first, I'll consider them as the same person but different conditions.
Standing on what can be called "ground"
The perspective changes depends of the field of vision given by the altitude of each type of "ground" .. #Culture / #knowledge and money...
Being rich without knowledge leads to blind spot, no sight of life or peace , will bring wrong judgements based on unbalanced "ground.
Same as being broke without knowledge.
Where both will be isolated and live in the margin of life , tasteless life.
While a balance gives a better field of vision and obviously much better perception, judgement and easier integration.
The same person perception change everytime his ground changes. Will be reflected on his behavior, mood, hygiene, thoughts, words...

A person who stands on money probably sees the world in a simpler and more powerful way. A person who stands on books sees things through knowledge and understanding. 1st person: Without education (No book) and money a person can't see the light and the beautiful world. Life is like a blind.
2nd person: He has perfect balance between education and wealth (money) and he can see the light and beautiful sights of this world.
3rd: Incomplete study, acknowledging doesn’t allow us to make wealth and we can't see the light and beautiful sights of the world.
4th: Making only wealth is not enough to see the beautiful sights and light of the world, only making huge money isn’t enough, acknowledgement is necessary.
Morality: Having balancing on everything in life is equally important!!

All of us are looking in our own future, but the way we look at that "future" depends on how we are standing right now in our current lives. If you are rich then maybe you are looking way ahead of your future. If you only got diploma but no luck in having money then maybe you are having a glimpse of your future. If you have both, money and diploma, then you are seeing your future very clearly. And of if you don't have any of those then maybe you can't see your future.

In my opinion those standing on more books or resources have a better view, meaning knowledge, opportunities, and advantages shape how we understand life. Then knowledge also helps us to look at anything with different aspects/ angles and arcs.
