Looking for recommendations in France
I have 8 days (starting sunday) to get from Macon to Strassbourg by car, and would love some suggestions about things to do in the meantime. I travel by car, but also love hiking. I have my tent (love wild camping/bivouac) and everything I need to sustain myself. I also have my packraft with me, so suggestions for rafting (no white water, only flat) would be welcome as well.
I don't have a specific budget but cheaper is always better, especially for accommodations.
I was thinking about maybe going up one of the mountain ranges or even the alps (I have alpine hiking experience, but still a beginner).
Looking forward to your suggestions on things to do in this region, especially towards hiking/packrafting. Open for anything else as well, the crazier the better.
