If my mental health today were a weather report, it would be Scattered Thunderstorms.
The clouds aren't just in my mind they echo the uncertainty and pain I see around the country.
Innocent lives caught in conflicts, hearts weighed down by fear, and storms that no one asked for.
Even in this heaviness, I hold on to hope, believing that compassion, understanding, and small acts of care can be our little sunshine.āļø
