If my mental health today was a weather report, it would be βοΈ Partly Cloudy. Iβm mostly okay β handling responsibilities, showing up, doing what needs to be done. But there are a few drifting thoughts in the backgroundβ¦ unfinished tasks, quiet pressure, the kind of stress we donβt always talk about. As women, weβre often expected to stay βsolidβ no matter what. Today Iβm solid β just with a few clouds passing through. And thatβs okay.
