tWatch I picked up a few years ago. What's the deal with Uylesse Nardin?
When I say what's the deal with them, I'm really just speaking about value and in relation the prestige/brand image. I think retail on this was 12k, got it for around 5k from an AD going out of business in 2017 or 2018. Have been out of the watch game ever since as my collection was full.
Was recently thinking of selling or trading for an Omega grey side of the moon. Was surprised to see these UN maxi marine going for like 1.5k o around 4k. Not this same model but close.
I know the MSRP was inflated and no one is hopefully paying full price on a UN but I was expecting a bit higher resale. Is this brand undesirable? I would image the market for a second hand UN is rather small.
