Gear recommendations for first time, family of four?
I am interested in going camping. Our kids are ages 6 and 4. I'm looking to spend enough just enough money to make sure everything goes pretty smoothly. For a tent, I'm going with a Coleman Skydome 6-person. But for lighting, there just seem to be so many options. I think I want: 1 lantern for outside the tent, 1 lantern or something inside the tent, 2 adult headlamps and 2 kids headlamps, 2 kids flashlights and 1 adult flashlight. Does anyone have recommendations for those, or for any other essential gear?
