St Bernardus Tripel 8/10
St Bernardus Tripel has been recommended to me in the past as a good representation of the Trappist style.
The taste is yeasty and mellow. The mouth feel is where it stands out, it’s explosively bubbly and drinks like heavily carbonated champagne 🤗
Pouring the beer was a challenge, at first I went too hard and it bubbled to the top of the glass, it was impressive so I chose that moment for the photo that accompanied this review. When it was poured gently it did not expand
I definitely recommend it as worth trying
