Hello everyone! 💜 I am Michelle Fatma from Pakistan, and I choose Extreme Heat / Heatwave 🥵🌡️
1. My Preparation: I would stay in a cool place, drink plenty of water, and avoid peak heat hours.
2. Three Safety Tips:
💧 Drink water regularly.
🏠 Stay in a cool, shaded place.
👒 Wear light clothes and avoid heavy outdoor activities.
3. My Personal Thoughts: Extreme heat can be dangerous, so awareness and preparation can save lives.
4. What People Often Overlook: Checking on elderly people and neighbours living alone.
5. My Message: 💜 Stay cool, stay hydrated, care for others, and stay safe!
