Fortunately, the owner discovered the bomb in time—admittedly more by chance than anything else—but still.
I find that terrifying... a car bomb in a tiny village with a population of 800.

Yeah it is! And no one knows why.... The man insists he has no enemies and can't imagine why anyone would do that.
