Luggage transfer in Dolomites

Six of us are hiking in the dolomites end of June and looking for luggage transfer options.

We are starting in Ortisei/Urtijei and ending in Dobbiaco/Toblach.

Anyone have any suggestions for how to do a luggage transfer between these two points?
