What kind of Fleece is this ?

Hey Guys, I am looking for this type of Outdoor clothing as shown in the Picture. Its like base layer out of a net or mesh type with light fabric in between. I heard the US Army wears something similar in the deserts because it keeps you cool in the heat and warm in the cold weather.
