1. When I hear the word ‘closure’ in a relationship, what comes to my mind?
Closure means finally accepting that something has ended and no longer waiting for answers, apologies, or the person to come back. It feels like peace after confusion.
2. Do you think closure is needed after a relationship ends? Why or why not?
Yes, I think closure is needed because without it, people stay emotionally stuck in the past. Closure helps the heart understand what happened and allows healing to begin.
3. When do YOU think closure is MOST needed in relationships?
Closure is most needed when a relationship ends suddenly without explanation, or when trust is broken and there is no clear reason given. In those moments, the mind keeps overthinking.
4. If you got closure in a relationship, what would it look like for you?
For me, closure would look like a calm final conversation where everything is said honestly, or even if nothing is said, just reaching a point where I feel okay without needing their answers anymore.
