How are you guys storing your peppers in the freezer?
I discovered last year that it works really well for me to dice peppers as they ripen and then stash them in the freezer. I only use small amounts at a time and I just put them in the pan frozen. This year I put my diced peppers into tablespoon sized trays before freezing them, but now I’m realizing I’m not sure what I want to transfer them into for long term storage. I’ve had them in ziploc bags, but those tended to get lost in the freezer. I have the last remnants from last year in small Tupperware containers that fit in the freezer door, but I have a really hard time getting the lids off when I want to add peppers to my food. Has anyone found a better solution than a ziploc bag or a Tupperware container?

I freeze diced peppers in ice cube trays and then transfer them into Ziploc Freezer bags until I'm ready to use them. You can get ice cube trays of different sizes so you always have the amount the recipes need.
