LOST in the fridge for 1 year
Mirror twin Brewing Company Lexington Kentucky. No signs of oxidation on the nose or pallet. A little bit of skunk on the nose but then again they're in the same family as weed and it's actually quite tasty. This is very shocking, I've been home brewing for 10 years with one of those Money Pit setups with a lot of stainless steel. I've experimented over the years and no IPA I've brewed or others have survived hop degradation. But not this Beast
