As I've gotten older, I've been sleeping less and less, especially when I'm away on vacation. It's so frustrating, isn't it? You'd think a vacation would leave you feeling rested, but I always come back with a serious sleep deficit. 😞
That's why the only place where I can truly rest and sleep well is home, in my comfy bed.
