First time with Batternberg Cake
I saw a battenberg cake on here and I thought oh! That looks fun to make, let me give it a go. Culinarily, it passes. It’s a blackberry battenberg with an orange basil marmalade centre (basil a courtesy of my coworker). Visually, making pink marzipan was the wrong move. I present to you the humble battenberg salmon with herb garnish.
