I have a project I am trying to do without welding. I am connecting 2 floating dock segments with a stainless plate that is bent out so I don't have an inside or outside bracket there is just one reversable bracket with a 1/4 inch wear bushing in the middle. I drew it with a jog bend but I am thinking that the bend will be to small to do in the real world. I have nearly 0 metal working experience so any advice would be welcome. The goal would be to have a part I can easily order online from places like send cut send. I would prefer not to weld or use a spacer under side because I feel like that will add cost and complexity and since its saltwater id rather not have any place for the water to sit.
