Big Agnes Warranty
Im looking for some other folks experience with Big Agnes warranty. I purchased a Big Six chair 3 months ago and have taken it on one camping and one rafting trip. I like the chair but the storage bag for the chair is already coming apart at the seem. I submitted a warranty claim and after a few emails they said they can get me a replacement for $15 plus shipping. I'm confused as to why this wouldnt be covered under warranty. This is my 1st and now probably last Big Agnes purchase. Am I expecting to much for them to replace the storage bag that is needed to to hold the chair parts together when not in use under their lifetime warranty?
Nemo replaced a whole chair with no question several years after purchase when I had an issue with one part. They didn't even ask for me to pay shipping. Ive told so many people about how easy it was. I guess that's what I expected from Big Agnes. Is my experience normal?

Edit 2. I replied to BA with what I said here and they are replacing the storage bag. They are honoring the warranty I'm happy with the outcome.
