Cutting floor trim to install closet system
Hi All, looking to install the Ikea Pax system inside a closet that has trim around the whole room. I'm assuming the "right" way is to install the cabinets flush with the wall and then have baseboards terminate where it hits the sides of the cabinet boxes.
1. Is that the right way to do it? If not what other options are there?
2. Is it better to remove all the trim and cut it before reinstalling or is it possible to cut it in place to reduce the amount of patching needed.
