Basement Window Opening
I am getting ready to move in to a new house. In the basement, I have a window sized opening with no window. The current hole leads to a crawl space under my deck. Would you fill this hole in with a window or something else (2x4s and plywood)? Trying to avoid animals entering the basement through the crawl space.
Note, there is no sunlight as it is under the deck (which has a roof over it).
The basement is cinder block if that matters at all. We will most likely one day finish the basement but it is currently unfinished.
The opening is about 32.5"x18".
