Paulmann Smik lights resetting

Have Paulmann Smik Zigbee lights that I need to reset to connect to my Home Assistant so I can bin the hub. Unfortunately the lights are wired in with no switch, relying on the hub for control… I know I know…

Anyway, if I reset them in the Smik app, will they be in pairing mode or do I need to get to the feed to power cycle?
