Ned's Memory
I'll start off here: Ned does not remember everything.
We've established with MJ that strong feelings are not enough to break a spell cast by the Sorcerer Supreme.
Here's what Ned knows before the final scene:
* He has memories with Spider-Man that were erased
* Spider-Man's real name is "Peter" (MJ says it with Ned present)
* ~~He and Spider-Man have a special handshake (I remember them doing it during their hang-out, correct me if I'm wrong)~~
So Peter comes out, introduces himself as "Peter" and does the handshake. Ned's "Peter!" realization is only that the person he's talking to is unmasked Spider-Man. He is 100% smart enough to put 2 and 2 together on this.
Which is still sweet in the "oh they can rekindle this friendship" sort of way. But there was absolutely no *real* indication that Ned regained knowledge beyond what he'd been exposed to throughout the movie.
