Recommendation Request: Looking for documentaries about the politics of the German Empire and the Weimar Republic up to 1933
With all this talk, justified and unjustified about parallels of this current moment in the U.S. to Weimar Germany, I wanted to understand the politics of both the German Empire (when Germany was ruled by the Kaiser) and the Weimar Republic. I assume there's a fair amount of documentaries about the rise of the NSDAP and those would be an interesting watch as well. I would prefer, if it is in German, one with subtitles.
