One thing I face regularly as a man is the silent pressure to always stay strong, even when life feels heavy. From family expectations to financial responsibility, showing weakness is often seen as failure, so many of us carry stress quietly. I think women should experience this once, just to feel how lonely it can be to struggle but still be expected to “handle it.” If the opposite sex felt this weight, maybe emotional support would be offered more openly instead of assuming we are always okay. In return, I would gain deeper understanding of the emotional and social pressures women face daily, because empathy should go both ways. Real strength is being understood, not just being tough.
