It is heartbreaking to see the current state of Tangled…

It is heartbreaking to see the current state of Tangled.

As an activity creator, the hardest part is no longer planning creative events—it is convincing people to participate. Reaching even 10–12 participants now requires countless reminders and personal requests.

This raises a serious question:
Has the community lost its excitement, or has the platform made participation less rewarding?

Many creators invest their time, creativity, and even their own rewards to keep the community alive. But when participation keeps declining, it becomes difficult to stay motivated.

If this trend continues, many creators may stop organizing activities altogether. And when creators stop creating, the entire ecosystem loses its energy.

This post is not meant to criticize anyone. It is a sincere concern from someone who wants Tangled to grow again.

and , I hope you will listen to the voices of the community and help identify the real reasons behind this decline. Together, we can make Tangled active, engaging, and exciting once again.

The future of Tangled depends on all of us.

What do you think is the biggest reason people are no longer participating in activities?

A feed flooded with high-effort compliance tasks drives away authentic interaction. So when social spaces turn into multi-step task checklists with rulebooks and penalties, people stop having fun. People aren't participating less because they lost interest—they're just tired of feeling like they're applying for a job. Bring back simplicity, and the excitement will follow.
Earn activities are a great extra perk, but they need their own dedicated tab! Moving #earn posts out of the main feed into an 'Activities' tab would give task-seekers their space while leaving the Home feed clean for real life, hobbies, and genuine posts.

That's a fact but I agree to that bringing back old user won't work. The drive / campaign for new users will be more effective and already started it by inviting users to follow the socials of tangled and spreading the word tangled around.
I believe that the revival is on the edge.

For the same reason they are not participating in livestreams. They either are no longer here or they no longer care.

I agree to some extent. But if many people have left the platform or no longer care, then we need to understand why that happened. Identifying the root cause is the first step toward improving the situation. If nothing changes, even more users may become inactive. I genuinely want to see Tangled become an active and vibrant community again.bro

I would almost bet that it comes down to money, like it has on almost every platform I have been around. When it becomes harder to get money most people go find easier ways somewhere else. Just a fact of life, unfortunately. Sure, I'd love to hear a feasible solution, but I'm not sure bringing back people would be good...I think the drive is going to be more towards new members. But I don't know, I am just thinking off the top of my head.
