pull-out stepladder that mounts to either cabinet door or cabinet floor
Looking for a solution for a drop-down/fold-out step stool for kitchen and bathroom sinks for kids. Many of you have probably seen versions of this around:

It's a fold-out from flat step stool that pulls out like a tall narrow drawer. It looks great, but unless you just happen to have a space in your cabinet box for it, it requires altering your cabinets to make room for it.
Has anyone seen a version of this (or plans for one I could build) that mounts to the inside of a cabinet door? Or one that swings up and out that can be screwed in to the inside of the cabinet floor? Google has turned up these dead-end options (either non-existent or requiring buying an entire cabinet):
