If Tangled ever needed a new CEO tomorrow, these are the five individuals I would confidently stand behind. Each of them represents a core pillar that any strong, future-ready platform would need to grow, evolve, and thrive.

Here are my 5 candidates and why I believe each of them embodies a critical leadership quality Tangled would need!

Leadership

A true leader isn’t just someone who speaks well, it’s someone who listens carefully, unites different voices, and makes steady decisions even under pressure.

shows the kind of leadership that builds bridges instead of walls. There’s clarity in direction, calmness during challenges, and a natural ability to inspire others to step up and contribute. That balanced strength and composure, that’s executive energy.

Consistency

Success isn’t built in bursts, it’s built daily through discipline and commitment.

@ubiq

represents reliability and steady presence. Consistency builds trust, and trust builds platforms. Showing up regularly, contributing meaningfully, and maintaining standards over time is exactly the kind of foundation a CEO must embody. Stability creates confidence in leadership.

Vision

Every platform needs someone who sees beyond the present moment.

has that forward-thinking mindset, the ability to spot opportunities, anticipate change, and imagine what Tangled could become, not just what it is today. Vision turns platforms into movements, and movements create lasting impact. Growth requires someone who can see around corners. I had the pleasure of working with her during the League, and also truly admired how she took Tanglo on a journey around the world, it was an incredible success.

Integrity

Integrity is non-negotiable in leadership.
