Why didn't they depict the Xyston like this?
I'm sorry for being so late in this, by why couldn't they just make the Xyston class either a missing link or an evolutionary step between the ISD and the Resurgent class. like it has design features from both ships and it looks as though it's a transitional step between Galactic Empire and First Order naval doctrine.
and rather than the cannon hanging out from the bottom, it's concealed at the front and the front opens where the weapon is activated.
