Humidity sensor to vent bathroom
So I have a bathroom in my place that doesn’t have a vent. I live in Virginia and I really don’t want to get mold in my bathroom. I bought a small fan for the window that exhausts the humid air out but I don’t want to have to turn it on and off every time I’m go in there.
I would like to place a humidity sensor in there that can connect to a smart plug that when humidity reaches a certain level the plug turns the fan on.
I use Apple HomeKit with several mini HomePods. I could just buy another HomePod for my bathroom but I’ve heard their humidity sensors aren’t great. Is there a better sensor I can put in there that works with HomeKit without a bridge that can do what I’m looking to do?
