There are still tons of figs on the huge bush. I picked a big bowlful; they’re as sweet as honey. 😋 I’ve already given half to the neighbor because we can’t eat this many, and they spoil quickly. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to make jam.
Okay, but I don't have anymore. 😄 Imagine, I quickly made now, in the evening fig jam, it turned out to be 2 small jars. I'll post about it tomorrow. So yummy. Tomorrow I can pick again so much.
that tray is already arguing with the clock. Honey-sweet and gone by tomorrow is a mean combination, and half the bowl already walked next door. I would take a few if a fig could survive the trip, but I am betting they bruise before the box closes. With jam off the table, is the rest just eaten the same day, or do any of them get frozen?
