US Senate passes Graham bill on sanctions against Russia and Iran
The US Senate has voted in favour of a bill enabling sanctions to be imposed on Russia and Iran. US President Donald Trump has indicated he is prepared to sign the bill, which was co-sponsored by the late Senator Lindsey Graham.
