My childhood dream is to become a nun and join the Daughters of St. Paul, which is based in Spain. That dream was the reason I chose to study in an ALL-GIRLS catholic
school in my high school. School run by Nuns - Holy Spirit School.
As part of my internship, I stayed in the school dormitory inside the campus. I experience their daily routine, waking up to the bell, and attending mass every morning a the school chapel. It truly felt like a religious life.
I observed the nuns closely, curious about who they really were. Most of them were Germans, so communication was difficult. I even wondered, a bit innocently, if they still wore their veil while sleeping 😂
This was a dream that never came true.
