As a child, my world was filled with colors, sketches, and imagination. I dreamed of becoming an artist—someone who could turn emotions into art and ideas into beauty. That dream still lives in me today, reminding me that creativity has no age. 🎨✨
A childhood memory of mine is rooted in my mother's dream for me: she wanted me to become a nun. I cherished her dream so deeply that I pursued it. I experienced daily activities they have inside the mission house. However, life had its challenges, and I was not approved for the postulate stage due to health reasons. Although I cherished my short time as a missionary, I realized God's plan for me was not the cloister. His plan was for me to be a wife, a servant whose heart belongs to a family. I never imagined I would enter marriage, but here I am. Heheh. 🥰 The first picture was a proof being an aspirant in a religious life.
#MyChildhoodDream My childhood dream is to become a nun and join the Daughters of St. Paul, which is based in Spain. That dream was the reason I chose to study in an ALL-GIRLS catholic school in my high school. School run by Nuns - Holy Spirit School.
As part of my internship, I stayed in the school dormitory inside the campus. I experience their daily routine, waking up to the bell, and attending mass every morning a the school chapel. It truly felt like a religious life.
I observed the nuns closely, curious about who they really were. Most of them were Germans, so communication was difficult. I even wondered, a bit innocently, if they still wore their veil while sleeping 😂
