Tigpak for snapon mig ?

I know that CC is what is needed for doing Tig correctly. I also know the hate that snap on (systematics) welders get. But the FM140a is a fantastic welder especially on a dedicated 30A circuit.
Anyways snap on offered a Tigpak for it which was ridiculously overpriced like everything else they sell. But with that I was given the Tigpak complete for nothing. Does anyone have experience using this? Or any Tig work using CV? Basically Wondering if I should bother buying a bottle of Argon or holding off until I buy my dedicated Tig.
I just want to start playing around with Tig, it's not for a job or even a current project.
