✅Ingredients:
1 carrot (peeled and shredded)
2-3 garlic cloves
2-3 eggs
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper
Chopped green onions (optional)

✅Steps:
1️⃣Fried Carrots:
🔹Heat a bit of oil in a pan.
🔹Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then, add the shredded carrots and cook until they are soft and aromatic.
2️⃣Prepare the Egg Mixture:
🔹In a bowl, beat the eggs.
🔹Add the green onions (if using), salt, and white pepper to the eggs and mix well.
3️⃣Combine Carrots and Egg Mixture:
🔹Add the cooked carrots to the egg mixture and stir to combine evenly.
4️⃣Cook the Omelette:
🔹Heat a bit more oil in the pan.
🔹Pour in the egg and carrot mixture.
🔹Cook over medium-low heat until the bottom is set and golden.
