1. The Cost:
One sacrifice that people often overlook is how many mothers give up their personal dreams, education, or career growth to take care of their children and family full-time.
2. Who Pays:
Society as a whole suffers the most because when mothers are emotionally exhausted, unsupported, or forced to leave opportunities behind, families become stressed and children grow up seeing sacrifice as something women must silently carry alone.
3. Your Fix:
Workplaces and society should provide flexible working hours and paid childcare support for mothers. This would help women continue their careers while also caring for their families without feeling forced to choose one over the other.
