Dispersed camping in Washington/Jefferson National Forests

Hi, some friends and I are wanting to do some dispersed camping in the Glenwood-pedlar ranger district. We are from NC and have not yet been to this area and we are looking for any recommendations for some good roads to check out that allow dispersed camping just off the road.
