Apartment gets watery during winter
Hello everyone. So I have this one apartment and a tenant whom I have a lot of respect for tends to tell me that his apartment gets watery and sweaty during the winter season with heat on. I tried so much to solve this issue and even bought him a dehumidifier to help but it just doesn’t stop. Is there a special heater valve that can help this or something else? I asked a construction worker and he said the bricks outdoors needs pointing and it’s going to take this issue away and charged me 21k but i declined because idk if he wants the money, etc. If anyone experienced this and solved this or if anyone knows what to do, please help me with an advice I can try 🙏 thank you.
