The best ones MCU has right now. Agree?
Russos already gave both quality and blockbusters throughout the Infinity Saga and now they're back to conclude the Multiversal Saga as well. On the other hand, Destin Daniel Cretton and Jake Schreier have both successfully shown the vulnerability, humanity and deep psychological introspection of their characters so well that they feel alive and layered whether it's Shang-Chi, Wonder Man or Thunderbolts* rather than the one dimensional, blandly written characters the MCU has suffered from numerous times.
Destin is a step ahead in terms of action, too, both Shang-Chi and Spider-Man: Brand New Day have some top tier action sequences. And, I think the best one right now is definitely Ryan Coogler. I mean, man! he’s the full package and has achieved everything a filmmaker dreams of, those prestigious awards, critical acclaim, box office success and a flim shot on IMAX, woah. He’s only going higher and higher. He is a gem MCU got at the right time. Now that Black Panther 3 is coming, I hope he can freely write a strong coming of age story for T'Challa II that deals with chosen one tropes and existential crises and all (Wakanda Forever was a hard task to do after Chadwick's tragic demise and he did amazing tbh, considering all the changes in writing) and I hope he writes a great role for Denzel Washington in BP3, too.
Finally, having Jake Schreier handle the Mutant Saga is a great move after Netflix’s Beef and Thunderbolts*, I personally think. Thunderbolts* already proved he understands how to ground superhuman characters in genuine human vulnerability.
